Crispy Corn| The Meal Buddies

For this Ingredients are:
Corns (Bhutta/ in Hindi)
Corn Flour
1 Chopped Onion
3 Chopped  Green Chilli
2 Tomatoes
Broccoli
Fresh Coriander leaves


Lets make a Healthy Snack in few minutes

Take a bowl of corns, boil them for 10 minutes on high/low flame
Once boiled, drain the water from corns. Meanwhile you can chop the vegetables, Now in other bowl take the corns, Add One TableSpoon of Salt(as per taste), Half Spoon of Red Chilli Powder(Lal Mirch).

Then add 2 TableSpoon of  Corn Flour, corn flour will help in binding and make corns crispy.

Mix them well, until it becomes fully white, image ' s given for reference


Crispy Corn


Once ready, heat a pan add required oil(refined/olive) to fry the corns. It's not finished yet.

Fry the Corns over low flame, let them fry until golden color color achieved. While take a plate spread two tissues, will use it later.

Take out fried Corns on a plate, let the oil get absorbed on Tissue paper. 

Crispy Corn

Now we will start adding the  Chopped vegetables, for that take a bowl add Corns in it.

Add  Chopped Green Chilli, then add Onions, chopped Tomatoes, Broccoli, Fresh Coriander Leaves to garnish. Add Lemon for taste else can skip.

Now you can Serve it in a platter. User as a "Cocktail Snack", Chakna, Healthy Snack, Tea Time Snack.
